Shipping & Policies

At Tru Blu Vintage, each piece is thoughtfully curated, packaged, and sent off with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and policies: 

Shipping Details: 

• Orders are shipped out within 5–7 business days after purchase. Sometimes same day if ordered during the week and before 11am. (EST)

• We always choose the most cost-effective rate between USPS and UPS to get you the best deal — shipping rates are determined by weight, size, and destination. 

• Local pickup is available in the Kalamazoo, MI area. Select this option at checkout or contact us to coordinate a pickup time. 

Returns & Damages: 

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage, we do not offer returns or refunds. 

• If your item arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All packages are insured, and we’re happy to file a claim. Be sure to include clear photosof: 

• The damaged item 

• The box 

• The shipping label
